1. 59. In this By-Law and all other By-Laws of the Corporation, words importing the singular number only shall include the plural and vice-versa; words importing the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter genders; words importing persons shall include companies, corporations, partnerships and any number or aggregate of persons; “resident Canadian” means an individual who is determined to be a resident Canadian as defined by the Act; “articles” shall include the original or restated articles of incorporation, articles of amendment, articles of amalgamation, articles of continuance, articles of reorganization, articles of dissolution, articles of revival and any amendments thereto; “the Act” shall mean the Corporations Act, R.S.N.L. 1990, C-36, as amended from time to time.
