Notice: Request for Qualifications (RFQ)

Cooper Cove Marine Terminal Expansion Project

The Port of Argentia is inviting Design-Builders having experience in the design, procurement and construction of comparable projects, to submit responses which meet or exceed the requirements specified in this RFQ for the design, procurement and construction of the Cooper Cove Marine Terminal Expansion Project.

This RFQ sets out the requirements for RFQ submissions, specifies the Evaluation Criteria, and details the selection process for this phase of the procurement.

Qualified bidders are directed to submit their responses to Dillon Consulting Ltd. Closing date for this RFQ is May 3, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Newfoundland time.
